Fitness is one of the key elements in keeping your body at peak performance for games. I have been studying training methods through personal experience and classes my whole career. I believe that creating a fitness plan for every individual is the best method for keeping athletes playing and feeling their best, as well as for preventing injury.
I have taken a fitness for soccer course (Fuerza y Potencia) offered by Horacio Anselmi, the Athletic Director for the Boca Juniors F.C. of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is one of the most recognized trainers for preparation of elite athletes in Argentina.
Together we will design a fitness schedule to keep you at peak performance on and off the field. I also provide off season training as well as rehab work, and general fitness.
