We can discuss goals, injuries and other important information to see how I can help you and if we are a good fit to begin training. Consultations can be in person, online, or over the phone.

If we are a good fit we will pass to second session, that consists of assessments to see how we can make your body function more efficiently and that gives me information to prepare the best personal plan possible to achieve your goals.

In our third session we will start with the plan that I have designed for you specifically.  In general I prepare routines that last between 12-20 weeks focusing on 3 different phases. Stability and Mobility Phase, then Strength Phase and finally Power Phase depending on different factors such as general lifestyle, training experience, injuries, general daily life stress, specific goals, and if you are an athlete when is your peak time of competition.

Most plans will consist of 3 training sessions per week.

About my training:

I am currently a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer  and corrective exercise specialist (NASM CPT, certificate number: 1190339587). I focuses on technique and steady progressions. There is no magic – consistency is key.
